itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The best way to begin my biography is to explain what <strong>DHC<\/strong> stands for. These letters form the initials to my first and last name: <strong>Daniel Hinojo Colorado<\/strong>. DHC <strong><em>ShowArt<\/em><\/strong> is the name I have chosen to represent me and present myself to the world as both a dreamer and as a self-taught visionary.<\/p>\n<p>From the time I was young I was aware that I was in possession of a unique gift that made me different from those around me. This discovery came as I would let my mind wander into a state of total creativity, which would ultimately transport me to an immense and magical place &#8211; a beautiful place where I alone am the ruler of my dreams and the owner of this magic that never stops flowing through me.<\/p>\n<p>The happiness this brings me is so enormous that I have dedicated the rest of my life to the creative process, and to this extraordinary journey that transports me to the exclusive places in my imagination which only me and my mind know how to find. Furthermore, I know that everything I need is provided for by <strong>Art<\/strong> itself.<\/p>\n<p>Without having to draw, sketch, or prepare anything in advance my imagination presents me with a vision that is both whole and extensive. In a matter of seconds the vision in my mind is delivered to me with such clarity and in such detail that I know, without a doubt, that I am ready to bring that vision to life. This is how one of my own phrases was born, which is deeply personal to me:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u201cMaking art with the soul of my visions\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a boy I struggled day after day not to lose myself, so I studied dance in order to find myself, and in the process I discovered the artist in me through writing, painting, interior design, photography, and fashion. The best part of all is that I can exercise all of these gifts anywhere that I go, just by using my imagination.<\/p>\n<p>Raised by Sevilian parents, I grew up in Valencia in a family of artists. They taught me to follow my dreams as a way of life, and this has given me the strength to remain positive and full of unconditional love for what I do, so that success for me is guaranteed whenever and wherever I fully invest my heart.<\/p>\n<p>I feel infinitely grateful and deeply privileged to be a part of this world. I only wish the world was full of more artists, so that we could continue to learn from each other, because without art this world would be a very empty place. For this reason, as an artist I know that I will never be empty inside.<\/p>\n<p>Having had many kinds of jobs along the way just to survive, it gives me great pride today to be able to say that <strong>I am living for, and from my art<\/strong>. What matters the most to me is not to have more fame or fortune, but rather that I trust myself, I believe in myself, and I have found a deeper love for myself. If art also lives inside of you, then give it even more space <strong>inside of you to live and breathe<\/strong>. Love it, respect it, and try not to ever abandon it . . . although if you do it will always be there for you, with its hand extended, just waiting to hold yours again, the way it always does for me. Every time this happens, I find myself once again full of nothing but gratitude, with no envy of anyone or desire for anything else &#8211; <strong>just pure gratitude, from the very depths of my being<\/strong>.
